How do the sizes fit?

Our products are characterized by a slightly wider cut, giving them a casual and comfortable fit. To help you find the right size, we've provided a detailed size chart on each product page. Please take a look at it before purchasing – this way you can be sure your new favorite item will fit perfectly.

How does a return process work?

If you're not satisfied with an item, you can of course return it. Simply send us a short message via Contact or email. Our team will process your request within two business days of receipt and inform you of the next steps. We attach great importance to a straightforward and customer-friendly return process.

What to do if there are production errors?

Quality is our top priority. Should you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will resolve the issue—or provide a refund—as quickly as possible. Your request will, of course, be treated with priority.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our textiles are produced with great care and under fair conditions in Turkey. The final finishing—including printing, embroidery, and other processing steps—is then carried out in Bavaria. This ensures that every product meets our high quality standards and is manufactured with particular attention to detail.

How long is the delivery time?

As soon as we receive your order, we'll get to work promptly. Delivery time is typically 2 to 4 business days within Germany. You'll receive a tracking number after shipment, which you can use to track your delivery at any time. We'll do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
